Sienna Rapier

The Sienna Rapier is Spectrum Technologies’ latest generation laser wire stripping system, engineered for the precision processing of fine and ultra-fine magnet wire. Designed for medical and other high-reliability manufacturing applications, the system delivers micron-level stripping accuracy, repeatable quality and advanced automation within a compact production platform.

 

The configurable wire handling system supports reel-to-reel processing of wires as fine as 54 AWG, while the advanced PLC-based architecture enables remote monitoring and remote job loading for seamless integration into modern manufacturing environments.

 

Utilising an advanced dual-laser stripping process with integrated temperature regulation, the Sienna Rapier provides precise and repeatable non-contact insulation removal with exceptional process stability and consistency.

 

Designed for maximum productivity and reliability, the system supports fully unattended “lights-out” operation and incorporates integrated temperature management and fume extraction to maintain long-term performance in continuous production environments.
