Air Cleaning Systems

The Air Cleaning Systems (ACS) series provides self-contained fume extraction and air filtration for Spectrum Technologies laser wire processing systems. Designed for integration with both laser wire marking and laser wire stripping equipment, the range includes the ACS4, ACS5, ACS6, ACS7 and ACS8 models, offering scalable air cleaning solutions for a wide variety of production environments and application requirements.

 

Engineered specifically for laser wire processing applications, ACS systems efficiently remove smoke, particulates and harmful airborne contaminants generated during the laser process. Contaminated air is passed through a replaceable multi-stage filtration system before clean, filtered air is returned safely to the working environment.

 

The multi-stage filtration system removes:

  • Particulates
  • Smoke
  • Odours
  • Halogens and toxic gases

 

Compact, reliable and easy to install, ACS units can be conveniently positioned alongside the processing system to provide efficient and continuous air cleaning performance. Fume extraction is mandatory for laser wire stripping systems, and a minimum airflow of 2.8 CMM (100 CFM) is recommended for all installations.
