QA Sienna 200 Series

The Sienna 200 Series is Spectrum Technologies’ range of entry-level CO2 laser wire stripping systems, designed for the precise and repeatable stripping of fine gauge wire and cable across a wide range of industrial applications. Available in single axis, dual axis and fixed beam configurations, the series provides a compact and cost-effective solution for manufacturers requiring high-quality laser wire processing capability.

 

Particularly suited to fine gauge and micro-coaxial wire applications, the Sienna 200 Series is ideal for the production of computer interconnects, mobile devices, electronics assemblies and other high-reliability products. The systems provide accurate, non-contact insulation removal while maintaining the integrity of the conductor and surrounding insulation materials.

 

Designed as compact bench-top systems for flexible manufacturing environments, the Sienna 200 Series supports both prototype and batch production applications, delivering consistent stripping quality and repeatable process performance across a wide variety of wire types, sizes and configurations.

 

Available models include:

  • Sienna 210S – Single axis, 10 Watt CO2 laser system
  • Sienna 210D – Dual axis, 10 Watt CO2 laser system
  • Sienna 225FB – Fixed beam, 25 Watt CO2 laser system

 

Spectrum laser wire stripping systems are designed to support compliance with key aerospace and industry standards, including SAE AIR6894A and ASD-EN2812.
