Sienna 300 Series

The Sienna 300 Series is Spectrum Technologies’ advanced range of CO2 laser wire stripping systems, developed for high-precision insulation removal across a wide range of wire and cable applications. Designed for demanding production environments, the series delivers fast, accurate and repeatable non-contact stripping while maintaining the integrity of both the conductor and insulation materials.

 

Available in both single and dual axis configurations, the Sienna 300 Series provides enhanced processing capability and increased flexibility for manufacturers working with fine gauge wire, multi-core cable, ribbon cable and other high-reliability interconnect products. The systems are particularly suited to aerospace, defence, electronics and advanced industrial manufacturing applications requiring consistent, high-quality stripping performance.

 

Designed as compact bench-top systems for flexible manufacturing environments, the Sienna 300 Series supports both prototype and production processing, combining reliable operation with precise process control across a broad range of wire types, sizes and insulation materials.

  • Sienna 325D – Dual axis, 25 Watt CO2 laser system
  • Sienna 350S – Single axis, 50 Watt CO2 laser system

Spectrum laser wire stripping systems are designed to support compliance with key aerospace and industry standards, including SAE AIR6894A and ASD-EN2812.
