Single Station Dereeler (Powered)

The Single Station Dereeler (Powered) is a high-performance wire dereeling system developed for controlled high-speed wire processing applications. Designed for integration with Nova wire processing systems, the powered dereeler provides synchronised wire payout to maximise throughput while maintaining precise wire tension control.

 

The system utilises a dancer arm and controlled motor drive arrangement to automatically synchronise wire payout with machine demand, ensuring smooth operation during acceleration and deceleration while minimising wire tension and preventing reel overrun or wire “bird nesting”. Programmable tension control enables processing of delicate wire and cable types with minimal risk of deformation or damage.

 

Designed for safe and reliable operation, the system incorporates enclosed rotating components and interlocked access doors for improved operator safety during reel loading and production operation.
