CMS2 –對比度測量系統

CAPRIS CMS2（“對比度測量系統2”）專為航空航太和其他關鍵行業使用的電氣線束或光纖電纜上鐳射生成的標記進行離線對比度測量而設計。
它是一個便捷的品質保證工具，可以簡單快速地監控和測量用戶在電線和電纜上應用的標記或製造商標記的平均對比度。
CAPRIS CMS2的操作和性能已經在美國海軍資助的項目下由美國國家標準與技術研究院（NIST）驗證。
CMS2通過測量樣品表面上標記區域和未標記絕緣區域之間的亮度變化來計算對比度。通過Windows軟體（隨設備提供）驅動，具有完整的檔管理功能，只需按一下滑鼠即可準確測量和計算樣品的對比度。然後，操作員可以選擇將對比度結果和樣品資訊存儲在檔中。
此外，CMS2資料可用於SPC系統，記錄對比度與時間/電線製造商和電線規格的關係。該系統能夠重複且高效地測量對比度（獨立于時間或操作員），並為品質跟蹤目的提供測量記錄。
該系統包括CMS2相機單元、電線夾持塊、校準塊和裝有Windows 10 Spectrum CMS2控制軟體的PC。
