Coiling and Labelling

Spectrum Technologies offers a range of integrated coiling and labelling solutions designed to enhance automation, productivity and downstream wire handling across wire processing applications. Integrated coiling solutions are available with laser wire markers, inkjet wire markers and selected measure and cut systems, providing efficient wire collection and handling during production.

 

For higher levels of automation, the Nova Pegasus coiling and labelling system provides a fully integrated downstream wire handling solution for the Nova wire processing platform. Designed for high-volume harness manufacturing environments, Pegasus automates wire coiling, sorting and labelling operations while supporting extended unattended production and improved manufacturing efficiency.

 

Integrated with Nova wire marking systems, Pegasus replaces traditional coil pan collection methods and enables wires and cables to be automatically processed, sorted and organised into connector bundles, significantly reducing or eliminating downstream manual sorting operations. The modular system architecture allows configurations to be tailored to individual customer production requirements and automation levels.
