Multi Station Dereelers (Powered)

The powered Multi Station Dereeler, or MSDR-P, is a high-performance modular wire dereeling system developed for high-throughput wire processing applications. Suitable for use with Nova 800/800i Series laser wire markers, NovaJet inkjet wire marking systems and Nova MaX measure and cut systems, MSDR-P systems provide controlled, synchronised wire payout across multiple reel stations to maximise productivity and minimise operator intervention.

 

Available in modular configurations from 3 to 36 stations, MSDR-P systems can be configured in single-sided modules of three stations or double-sided modules of six stations depending on customer layout and production requirements. Each dereeler station incorporates a dancer arm and controlled motor drive arrangement to synchronise wire payout with machine demand while maintaining precise programmable wire tension during high-speed acceleration and deceleration.

 

Designed for high-volume harness manufacturing environments, MSDR-P systems are particularly suited to complex production applications requiring multiple wire types and continuous operation. Fully enclosed dereeler stations with interlocked access doors provide enhanced operator safety during reel loading and operation.

 

When integrated with the Wire Auto Select & Load (ASL) system, MSDR-P systems enable fully automated wire selection and loading for maximum production efficiency.
