Multi Station Dereelers (Unpowered)

The unpowered Multi Station Dereeler, or MSDR-U, is a modular wire dereeling system designed for flexible multi-wire processing applications with Spectrum Technologies wire processing systems. Suitable for use with Nova 800/800i Series laser wire markers, NovaJet inkjet wire marking systems and Nova MaX measure and cut systems, MSDR-U systems enable multiple wire reels to be configured for efficient production operation and reduced reel changeover times.

 

Available in modular configurations from 3 to 30 stations, MSDR-U systems can be configured in single-sided modules of three stations or double-sided modules of six stations depending on customer layout and production requirements. Their compact and scalable architecture allows systems to be configured to suit a wide range of manufacturing environments while maintaining a minimal footprint.

 

Nova MSDR-U systems have been extensively tested to ensure controlled and consistent wire payout across a broad range of wire and cable sizes, reel diameters and reel weights, helping maintain optimum throughput and reliable wire handling performance. Existing Nova wire processing systems can also be retrofitted with MSDR-U systems to expand production capability and improve operational flexibility.

 

When integrated with the Wire Auto Select & Load (ASL) system, MSDR-U systems support automated wire selection and loading for higher productivity manufacturing applications.
