CAPRIS R500E Rereeler

CAPRIS rereelers provide high speed controlled rereeling of marked wires on a continuous filament basis. Rereeler units are fitted with a dancer arm and pulley arrangement thorough which wires are fed. As wire is offered up by the laser marker, the dancer arm engages the rereeler motor, which takes up the wire in synchronisation with the feed from the marker unit. A cable laying mechanism ensures even rereeling of wire onto the spool.
