Nova Lift

The Nova Lift is an ergonomic reel handling and loading system designed to safely lift, position and manage heavy reels with ease. Compact, manoeuvrable and operator-friendly, the Nova Lift improves workplace safety, reduces manual handling risks and enhances workflow efficiency across wire processing, manufacturing and industrial production environments.

 

Engineered for stable and precise reel positioning, the Nova Lift features a dual-mast aluminium lifting frame with a precision ball-screw drive system, providing rigid and reliable lifting performance with minimal deflection. Its compact design enables easy manoeuvrability within production areas while maintaining excellent stability when handling heavy reels.

 

Powered by a long-life gel-cell battery with integrated charger, the Nova Lift provides fully mobile, cable-free operation for flexible use throughout the production environment. A quick-exchange battery option is also available for extended operation and high-utilisation applications.

 

The Nova Lift supports a range of interchangeable tooling options, including V-blocks, mandrels and reel forks, enabling fast adaptation to different reel sizes, handling requirements and production processes.
