NovaJet

The NovaJet™ is Spectrum’s advanced inkjet-based wire mark, measure and cut system, developed for the precision processing of non-laser markable wire and cable. Designed for aerospace and other high-reliability manufacturing environments, the system delivers fast, accurate and repeatable inkjet wire marking within a fully integrated production platform.

 

Incorporating integrated plasma pre-treatment and UV curing technologies, NovaJet produces permanent, high-quality marks with excellent adhesion and durability across a wide range of wire types. The system delivers compliant aerospace and military specification marking while maintaining processing speeds of up to 30 m/min (~100 ft/min) for maximum productivity and consistent mark quality.

 

NovaJet is available in both manual and fully automated configurations, with scalable dereeling solutions supporting up to 32 wires for high-efficiency production environments. The system can also be integrated with Spectrum wire handling and downstream automation systems to further enhance productivity and process automation.

 

Designed for long-term operational reliability, NovaJet combines robust system architecture with low-maintenance operation to deliver a flexible and cost-effective solution for demanding wire processing applications.

 

NovaJet inkjet wire markers comply with key OEM aerospace specifications and international industry standards, including Sikorsky SS7333.
